![]() Recently there has been a significant increase in persecution of Christians in the Middle East. Killings and torture, leading Christians to flee their homes and sometimes their country. While Christians in the United States are not facing persecution to this magnitude, nevertheless, persecution of those who follow the Christian faith is rising in this country. Christians have already lost jobs, been jailed, and have been ridiculed and marginalized by those who disagree with their stand on the Truth of God’s Word. This coming Sunday, at Delphi First Assembly of God, I’ll be speaking about this and why it is expected. Furthermore, I will share from God’s Word that while persecution is unpleasant for the one being persecuted, it will lead to the fulfillment of God’s will and God’s Kingdom on this earth. I consider this a message of preparation for the people of God living in the United States today. If you cannot come, please join us live stream (or archives later) at www.delphifirst.org\livestream.
