Lawlessness: Not being controlled by the law; a continual crossing over the boundaries or exceeding the established limits is what the Bible say will be a mark of the "last days." The Antichrist will be a 'man of lawlessness.' And the Scripture says that, "Because of the increase of lawlessness, the love of most will grow cold" Matthew 24:12 (NIV).
If we can expect lawlessness to increase, which will bring greater harm to people and our country, then what can we do about it. it seems to me that the remedy is a fresh look and commitment to at the Law of God. It was articulated well as Moses received the 10 Commandments, and Jesus showed and told us how to live them out.
1 John 2:4-6 says, "If someone claims, “I know God,” but doesn’t obey God’s commandments, that person is a liar and is not living in the truth. 5 But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him. 6 Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did.
Let me invite you to join us, either at church or online (Live stream or sermons www.delphifirst.org/sermons) to take a fresh look at the Ten Commandments. This nation can only be turned around if the church will first live out its faith, and obey the commands of God.
