A video is making its rounds on social media, called “I’m a Christian, but I’m Not…” In watching the video it is advocating a form of Christianity that fits in today’s culture, but isn’t Christianity at all. It is absent of Jesus Christ and His teachings. It is a label, without truth and reality. It’s saying that I can be a Christian…but still believe and live how I want. It’s basically a “Christianity” that says that the Bible and Jesus’ teachings are narrow-minded and unloving.” The Apostle John says, “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him"John 14:21 (NKJV). In the next several weeks we will take a fresh look at the Ten Commandments and what they have to teach us about following Jesus Christ, staying true to the faith that was delivered to us from the Apostles. I invite you to come and learn how to “Live the 10,” and that it is still relevant!
